Arcata’s garbage man nabs national award
Zac Ramsey was named 2025 residential driver of the year, in the regional company category, by the National Waste and Recycling Association last week. “I think I’m just a normal guy,” said Ramsey. His supervisors called him to give him the news, so at first, he thought he had done something wrong.
